My hubby takes Tylenol PM once in a while and pays for it the next night when he doesn't take it. Praying for you that you are able to get a good night's rest tonight and that it continues and you won't need the ambien anymore. : )

Ooh - one more thought: Have you ever tried listening to guided imagery? I listened to it almost every night on my iPod as I was waiting for sleep to come during my first IVF cycle. It's very relaxing. My only complaint is that I wish I could find one that is more faith-based.samshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04196929017759174547noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3386171287443080335.post-80892186585941785692012-08-16T09:44:08.935-05:002012-08-16T09:44:08.935-05:00I can make you a sleepy time mix CD? Your body needs rest to do what it needs to do.

{pg. ment}
I had trouble sleeping about a month ago (I was only getting 3-4 hours a night every night for weeks). My doctor told me to take tylenol PM. It's safe in pregnancy and did the trick. I imagine if it's safe in pregnancy, it's safe for you to take now but talk to your doctor.

Praying for you as you move forward. It is called A Journey of the Heart by Jennifer R. Bloom. I know you are doing FET but I think they all do the same thing.

You are doing great!Just Thttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06315564549299993908noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3386171287443080335.post-65301298209136494662012-08-16T09:01:56.938-05:002012-08-16T09:01:56.938-05:00In peace I will both lie down and sleep,
